This course is for those whose Foodservice Manager certificate has been expired for less than 6 months. The class updates and refreshes about safe food techniques. Notification of test results will also include a review of your performance in each category of the test. The National Registry of Food Safety Professionals exam is nationally recognized by ANSI-CFP and certification is good for three years. A legal picture ID must be presented prior to the exam. Tests are available in several languages: English, Spanish, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Modern Chinese, and must be requested at time of enrollment.
A study guide is available and can be picked up at the Continuing Education office located on the Northeast Campus in AB142, between 8am and 4:30pm, once registration is completed.
The class fee is $99.
Refund Policy: Once you have received your study guide, you are not eligible for a refund. We may, however, reschedule you over to the next class. No refund for non-attendance.
