Interpreting Internship

This course provides practical experience in settings such as educational, rehabilitation, community service center, and agencies serving children, adolescents, and/or adults who are Deaf or hard of hearing. Students have the opportunity to synthesize practical and academic experiences gained during coursework. The site, supervision, and plan of activity will be agreed upon mutually by student and instructor. Concurrent enrollment with INED 2613 is recommended. Prerequisites: ASLE 1413, INED 2233, INED 2403, INED 2443, and ASLE 2524 with a grade of “C” or better or instructor approval. Includes lab component.
