As a paralegal or other professional in estate law, you will have opportunity to attain comprehensive legal practice skills to make an estate planning practice efficient and profitable. This includes the ability (a) to prepare, for attorney review, pleadings and documents relating to guardianship, government assistance planning, probate and post-mortem administration of trust estates, and (b) to efficiently organize and manage client and case files. This course also will address essential ethical issues fundamental to paralegal practice. Courses are approved for NALS and NALA CLE credit(s). Each participant will receive one (1) CLE credit per one (1) hour session attended. Credits may be applied to the general and specialty CLE categories.
TCC will also offer one hour of CE credit per one hour session attended.
