The course provides a basic technical overview of modern and real world manufacturing tools and equipment used in today’s manufacturing companies.  Knowledge of how to improve productivity through predictive and preventive maintenance is emphasized. Students will gain an understanding of safety systems, sensors, and maintenance housekeeping procedures in the manufacturing industry.
