EMS Instructor $200 - This course is designed to introduce the EMS provider to fundamental principles of education including educator roles, principles of adult learning, learning styles, diversity, domains of learning, legal issues, the learning environment, field and clinical learning, state and accreditation requirements. The student will be expected to accept accountability for personal learning and performance which reflects a basic understanding and ability to apply knowledge and skills to the development of goals and objectives, a course syllabus, lesson plans, assessment and evaluation of student performance, simulation use, and teaching methodologies. This course meets all requirements for the Oklahoma EMS Instructor Course. Text REQUIRED:
